Hi, I'm Angie
Mum of three, Wife and Late-diagnosed with ADHD.
I spent years pushing through, masking, trying to fit in but never really feeling like I did and feeling completely disconnected from my own body.
I know the exhaustion of trying to keep up — the appearances, with the mental loops, the habits that won't shift, the same patterns playing out no matter how hard you try. The shame spiral, the sting of rejection sensitivity that makes everything feel personal.
I know what it's like to put everyone else first and fit in until you can't remember what you actually need or who you really are.
That's why I do this work, not because I've got it all figured out, but because I've walked this path and I know how much it helps to have someone alongside you.

What I've learnt along the way
Your body holds wisdom. When we slow down and listen, it tells us what we need. We don't need to look outwards for approval or permission to be ourselves.
Gentle is powerful. You don't need to push harder, You need love, kindness and space to breathe.
Connection before credentials. Who I am matters more than what's on my certificates, although I love to study and learn so it's a long list.
Everyone deserves to feel at home in themselves. No matter where you're starting from.
