What is somatic yoga?

This isn't about getting the pose right. It's about feeling what's happening inside.

Somatic yoga is slow, gentle, and awareness-based. We focus on breath, sensation, and releasing the tension your body has been holding.

It's also about retraining your brain to allow your body to let go. The patterns we carry aren't just physical, they're wired in.

Somatic yoga helps rewire that connection, so release becomes possible again.

No pressure. No performance. No comparing yourself to anyone else on the mat.

Just you, your body, and space to come back to yourself.

WHO IT'S FOR
